Koochi Shipping Policy


Order Processing


Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, item swaps, or order cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and sometimes express shipping within Canada

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are currently flat fee of $15 however subject to change

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days

 

Returned Packages

If your package gets returned to sender because of 1. You entered your address incorrectly or 2. You failed to pickup your package from your local post office you will need to pay the return shipping label as well as the new shipping label in order for us to re send your package. Please avoid this and ensure your address is entered correctly. 

 

International Shipping

Availability: We currently do not ship to any international countries outside of Canada 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Koochi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Stolen Packages

Koochi is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.


Damaged Items

If you receive an order with damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at help.koochi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
